R&R Racing Subframes are made from either 6061 billet or 6063 aluminum then CNC Machined and T.I.G. welded for remarkable strength. This lightweight (usually about 2lb) yet strong subframe replaces the stock unit and eliminates passenger support. This helps reduce the risk of breaking off the frame mounts in case of a crash. Some of these subframes are priced at less than half the cost of factory replacement subframes.
